Our packages are sent Monday through Friday, excluding any national holidays. We use a variety of shipping companies, and delivery times will vary. If you prefer a specific company, please notify us prior to purchase to ensure arrangements are possible. All over-sized items will include insurance to cover any loss or damages in transit. On in-stock items, orders typically ship in 5 business days from purchase. Delivery time will vary when items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items that require a larger shipping window will state so in your original order.
Our shipping and handling charges include order processing, handling, all packaging and shipping fees.
Due to the large size and weight, furniture orders will most likely be shipped by a freight company. You will be contacted prior to delivery with a delivery date. A delivery surcharge has been added to these larger items and appears on our website as an Over-sized Item Fee. This is in addition to our shipping charge.
All shipping rates apply to the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii would require a separate shipping quote.
Certain delivery areas may require an additional cost and may have specific days for delivery.
